Kirill Izmikov is an Oslo based IT and systematic innovation professional. His genuine interest lays in intersection of impactful businesses, new technology and finance.

In the past 10 years he helped biggest oil & gas engineering and operating companies to deliver the most complex subsea projects, co-founded 4 high-impact growth companies and built extensive network in Norway and abroad.

Kirill is highly knowledgeable about Russian, Scandinavian and APAC markets. He spent significant time on the Philippines while building Marine Garden – world’s first subsea sustainable aquaculture company.

For the last 5 years Kirill intensively invested in learning world’s best innovation methodologies and applying them in practice.

In 2019 Kirill Izmikov achieved advanced TRIZ practitioner international certification granted by one of the world’s best training centers. Kirill is a frequent participant of international innovation conferences and an active member of Oslo’s business and startup community.

Currently Kirill works as a product specialist at the innovative PaaS company.

Moreover, in his free time he expands his knowledge in Python programming and Data Science.
